Shipping Policy - USA or Military APO only!

The Romance Store® makes every effort to keep all items on the web site in stock unless otherwise noted in the item description. Occasionally, however, there are items that are temporarily out of stock. You will normally be notified via email within 24 hours (Mon-Sat) if an item is out of stock. Your credit card will NOT be charged until your order has shipped. In stock items are normally shipped within 24-48 hours - Sundays and holidays excluded. You must provide a valid email address in order to receive your shipping notification. We do NOT make notification phone calls.

PACKAGING: Your order will ship in a discreet box with the corporate name of "Lonicera Inc" showing as the shipper.

Due to problems with customs confiscating items, we no longer ship outside the United States.

Return - Exchange Policy - PLEASE READ!

NO refunds will be given for any reason. No exchanges will be accepted unless an item is defective. If an item malfunctions within 10 days from receipt of your order, you may return it to us (with prior approval - see below) postpaid for an immediate replacement with the same item or select an item of equal or greater value. Many of our products include manufacturer warranties inside the package. Keep these instructions and follow manufacturer instructions for replacement directly through them if the item malfunctions beyond the 10 day period.
We will not authorize exchanges of lotions, potions or lubricants for any reason.
All exchanges must be pre-authorized by The Romance Store®. You will NOT receive a replacement for any item sent back to us that has not been authorized. Prior to sending any defective products please email info@theromancestore.com with Exchange in the subject line; please include your order number (located on your receipt), name and address and a brief explanation of the problem. We will send you an email with your Return Authorization Number and instructions.
All approved items must be sent within 10 days of receipt for exchange. Please include a copy of your receipt along with the return authorization number you received. Obtain a tracking number from a shipping carrier when sending an item back to us. We are not responsible for items lost on the way to us.

WHY WE HAVE THIS "TOUGH" POLICY:

Would you want us to send you an item that had been previously sent to someone else? We think not. We really have no way of knowing whether the item was actually tried or not. So our tough no return policy is for your safety!
