The easiest way to attach your harness is to loosely fasten all straps and step into the harness. Then place your dildo into the O Ring. Then you can tighten the harness. The harness should be tight but also comfortable. Try squatting down and standing to insure that your harness is adjusted comfortably for these positions. For most women, the dildo should rest on the pelvic bone. For most men, the dildo should rest just above the penis.
